Further Discussions with Tashkent University

Two rounds of discussions on educational and mobility issues took place between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology (TICT) and Obuda University on July 1-2 and July 15.

In early July, Prof. Dr. András Molnár, General Vice-Rector, and Prof. Dr. Zoltán Rajnai, Dean of the Bánki Donát Faculty of Mechanical and Safety Engineering, welcomed Boborajabov Bakhodir Nasriddinovich, First Vice-Rector for Youth, Spiritual, and Educational Affairs, and Saidumarkhon Saidakhmadov, Head of the International Relations Office.

In mid-July, Prof. Dr. Levente Kovács received the Rector of the Tashkent University, Prof. Dr. Botir Usmonov. During their discussions, they covered joint research projects and educational cooperation. Prof. Dr. Levente Kovács stated: “We plan to launch a joint master’s program, which, thanks to the involvement of Obuda University’s higher education professionals, will provide high-quality engineering education at the Tashkent University.” In addition to the rectors of both universities, the meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. András Molnár, Vice-Rector, Botond Fehér, Director-General for Economic and Financial Affairs, Dr. Monika Pogátsnik, Vice-Dean of the Alba Regia Technical Faculty, and Antal Németh, Managing Director of the Smart Industry Technology and Innovation Park Kaposvár.
